Our Productive Process

We have two process plants located in Los Lagos Region, specifically near Puerto Montt and in the big island of Chiloé, which gives us versatility in processes and deliveries, therefore speeding up the distribution to our clients in a convenient and efficient manner.
Our Processing Plant located in Chamiza, Puerto Montt, elaborates great quality products, such as, sashimi grade salmon, which can be consumed raw with absolute safety, since we ensure the highest standards in food safety.
Products range from whole eviscerated Head on, frozen fish blocks and portions, and a wide variety of fillet types. The Chamiza Plant has BAP, BRC, IFS, HACCP, Halal, Kosher and FDA certifications, enabling us to export virtually worldwide.
Our processing plant located in Quellón, in the southern region of Chiloé Island, produces high quality products, such as, Fresh Sashimi-grade salmon,, which can be consumed raw with absolute security, since we ensure the highest standards in food safety.
Product presentation: fresh or frozen, whole eviscerated (Head On and Head Off), frozen fishblocks and portions, and a wide variety of fresh and frozen fillets.
This plant has several certifications that validate the innocuousness of our processes: Quality Assurance Program based on HACCP, BAP, BRC and IFS, Kosher and Halal certifications, as well as FDA and Costco, allowing us to access a great variety of markets.
