First, season the salmon and let it rest.<\/p>\n<p>2. Then, put the butter in a frying pan until it melts and in the meantime wash the spinach, cut it and saut\u00e9 it with the chopped garlic.<\/p>\n<p>3. In another pan, add a little butter, a little olive oil, salt and pepper, and slowly add the asparagus and saut\u00e9 them for approximately 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>4. To finish, add the salmon pieces to a frying pan with hot olive oil until they are browned on both sides.<\/p>\n<p>5.
