Thyme stems<br \/>\n. Oil<br \/>\n. Salt<\/p>\n<p>\ud83d\udc49 Instructions:<br \/>\n1. Step<br \/>\n\u2013 Squeeze 2 oranges and filter the juice. Wash the rest, dry it, cut it into slices and set them aside.<br \/>\n\u2013 Squeeze the grapefruit and filter the juice.<br \/>\n\u2013 Peel and chop the onion.<br \/>\n\u2013 Clean the fish, wash it and season it to taste.<br \/>\n\u2013 Brown it for 1 minute on each side in a frying pan, with 3 tablespoons of oil and remove it.<\/p>\n<p>2. Step<br \/>\n\u2013 Add the onion to the pan and saut\u00e9 it for 10 minutes in the same oil as the fish (if it is not enough, add more).<br \/>\n\u2013 Pour in the orange and grapefruit juice, season it and add the washed thyme stems.<br \/>\n\u2013 Continue cooking for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>3.
