In this context, the president of SalmonChile, Arturo Clément, highlighted that “the arrival of our Salmon de Chile brand seeks to bring salmon closer to the entire country, making known the attributes of this protein that is healthy and nutritious, cultivated with pride. by people from the south. We are happy to be able to reach communities in various areas through donations, and we are also very happy to have this collaboration agreement with Inacap, with which we hope to positively impact local gastronomy and the students who are part of these schools.”

For his part, the rector of Inacap, Lucas Palacios, indicated that “this is a broad agreement that has four fundamental axes. Each axis has its activities that we have to go deeper into. There is no one to stop us, we do not have a limit, neither in this region nor in any other, because the idea is to reposition the salmon, not only in this region, but in the rest of the country, since we have the deployment and the platform to do it.”
