We want to celebrate with a delicious Pesto Salmon recipe!


– 4 salmon fillets with or without skin
– Olive oil to taste
– Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
– 120 g of cream cheese, cut or divided into small portions
– 1/4 cup of milk
– 3 tablespoons of pesto

👉 For the pesto:

– 1 cup of basil leaves
– 1 clove of garlic
– 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 tablespoon of pine nuts
– 1/4 cup of olive oil
– Salt and pepper

😊 Instructions:

1. In a food processor, grind the basil, garlic, cheese, pine nuts, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and continue mixing until all the foods are integrated.

2. Preheat a griddle over medium-high heat, grease the salmon on both sides with olive oil. Then season it with salt and pepper. At the same time, grease the griddle with oil and grill the salmon for three minutes on each side or until it is browned.

3. Heat the cream cheese with the milk in a small pot over medium heat. Stir until dissolved well, for one or two minutes.

4. Remove from the heat and add the pesto.

5. Serve the salmon with the hot creamy pesto sauce on top, adding a little more cheese on top of the sauce to give it more color and flavor. You can serve it with some steamed potatoes, or whatever you want!
