Let’s Cook!
A healthy, low-fat and fresh dish, together with a delicious salmon!

Ingredients: 🙌

– ½ kilo of fresh salmon
– 1 red onion
– ½ red pepper plant
– ½ green pepper plant
– 1 green chili
– ½ kilo of lemon
– 1 piece of ginger
– 1 bunch of cilantro
– Sunflower oil
– Ground white pepper

💙 Instructions:

1. Clean the salmon and remove all the fishbone. In this process, you must be careful not to ruin the meat, handle delicately.

2. Cut the salmon into squares, put in a bowl and mix with salt. Then refrigerate for a while.

3. While the salmon is refrigerating and marinating, cut the vegetables. The pepper plants in strips, the onion finely sliced, the green chili and ginger in small squares, and finally the cilantro is finely cut.

4. Take the bowl out of the refrigerator and add the chopped vegetables, season it with lemon, oil and pepper.

5. Next, mix all the ingredients carefully so as not to ruin the fish and correct the flavor.

6. To finish, put the bowl back in the refrigerator and leave it for a couple of hours and then just serve.
