Salmon with orange sauce

. 4 salmon supremes
. 1 onion
. 1 pink grapefruit
. 3 oranges
. Thyme stems
. Oil
. Salt

1. Step
– Squeeze 2 oranges and filter the juice. Wash the rest, dry it, cut it into slices and set them aside.
– Squeeze the grapefruit and filter the juice.
– Peel and chop the onion.
– Clean the fish, wash it and season it to taste.
– Brown it for 1 minute on each side in a frying pan, with 3 tablespoons of oil and remove it.

2. Step
– Add the onion to the pan and sautΓ© it for 10 minutes in the same oil as the fish (if it is not enough, add more).
– Pour in the orange and grapefruit juice, season it and add the washed thyme stems.
– Continue cooking for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

3. Step
– Remove the thyme and salmon.
– Pour the sauce into the blender glass and grind until you get a more uniform mixture.
– Pour back into the casserole, add the salmon supreme and cook gently for about 10 minutes.
– Serve immediately, with the sauce and the reserved orange slices.
